However that can be very damaging to the roof and can cause costly repairs due to leaks. Clear View Window Cleaning uses a soft wash system that applies chemicals to your shingles. The chemical, sodium hypochlorite, does the heavy lifting, no need for pressure washing. This chemical is only active for around an hour after applying to the roof. We keep grass and plants surrounding the area well watered to avoid any adverse reactions with the chemical.
